Yes we can provide rent guarantee insurance, landlord insurance etc. We also provide and recommend each tenant takes out our Tenants Insurance which, if taken out by the tenant, covers for damage to fixtures and fittings within the property. Quotes can be provided on request.
Rent is paid to you at the end of the month into your nominated account and your monthly rental statement with a full break down will be emailed to you the same day as payment is made.
Yes - tenants use our online reporting system PropertyFile and only if this cannot be resolved by our staff over the phone, we will contact you to inform you that one of our contractors will be attending to look into the issue. We will obtain a quote and contact you for authorisation - all our contractors are fully insured and quality of work checked
